No cancellation or refund is allowed, but Pawfect is willingly responsible if ours cause the mistake.

*  For customized name bandana, please do not brush or  iron on directly on vinyl

* We're seeking your understanding, colour may vary due to lighting 

* Please allow 1-3cm differences as our products are handmade 

 * Please pm us if you have any issues with the order. For customized name bandanas, cancellation is not allowed once your order has been confirmed.
